Renovating an Estate Condition Apartment on The Upper East

Estate Condition Prewar Apartment Renovation: This Prewar, 1 BR/1Bath was in estate condition and needed electric upgrade to more AMPs, through the wall heating and air conditioning, along with designing a kitchen to fit the 30 inch passage clearance in the existing kitchen!! Converting the bath into a spacious shower, with our custom vanity maximizing storage and gorgeous statuario honed marble and hand made subway tiles transformed this bathroom into a WOW!!

Adding wall to wall closet storage in the bedroom and wall to wall built-ins in the Living Room with storage solved the space constraints. The wood burning fireplace and refinished floor added the perfect finishing touches to a wonderful home.  We love it!!
