Complete 2 BR, 2 BA Gut Renovation: This this gut renovation required a Department of Building Permit which we took care of, for  Electric upgrade to 100 AMPs and complete rewiring, and through the wall heating/air conditioning units and builtin covers throughout. Refinished wood flooring throughout and installed new wall to wall carpeting in bedroom wing. Wired Window treatments included for remote/programming convenience with a Hub. Increased the size of the kitchen (width) with fabulous color!! We are delighted to have created exactly what the client envisioned!!
