Paula’s design philosophy is based in elegant simplicity – for any lifestyle, any budget, and any period. It is founded in the practical, functional, and lived in spatial concepts. The combination of the highly functioning Design Build team, with Paula’s hands on, eye and ear to the project, the building management and infrastructure, and client needs are the keys to her success in both design and delivery of Manhattan construction.
