This 1100 sq ft apartment total renovation was designed to reflect the understated sophistication of its European owners with a budget. The apartment transformation included creating a "mini foyer" with a pocket door to create privacy from the hall, opening the wall between the kitchen and dining room to expand the space, removing mirrored walls, metal doors and metal jambs, and old baseboards to upgrade the space, wiring, bathrooms and kitchen to a beautiful, understated yet sophisticated style.

Construction Duration: 3 months

The project included:

  • Filing of alteration construction drawings for building approval
  • Rapid Production of Exquisite Quality Design
  • Created design drawings with elevations for complete bathrooms renovations, both with full wall tile installations, complete plumbing branch lines installed to the risers with shut off valves
  • Converted bath radiator converted to towel warmer/radiator.
  • Complete kitchen renovation. Kitchen cabinetry w integrated radiator cover on the wall beneath a window.
  • Upgraded electrical panel including all old points and new lines, dimmers, outlets and fixtures.
  • New doors and baseboards were installed to add architectural details to a great space.
