This 1100 sq ft apartment total renovation was designed to reflect the understated sophistication of its European owners with a budget. The apartment transformation included creating a "mini foyer" with a pocket door to create privacy from the hall, opening the wall between the kitchen and dining room to expand the space, removing mirrored walls, metal doors and metal jambs, and old baseboards to upgrade the space, wiring, bathrooms and kitchen to a beautiful, understated yet sophisticated style.

Our Design/Build distinction is clear: every element, hidden component or luxury, complex intricacy or modern minimalism is clear in our attention to detail.    Our manufacturer relationships in millwork and hand made artisan tile enable us to achieve exceptional style and individuality, as if we were an extension of them.  What that really means is we create truly custom, unique concepts, in both color and design.  Even if “custom” is not for every budget, the depth of our experience and sources support the financial challenges of each project to design and/or supply products to consumers or to the trade.

Because of our creativity and sources for delivering the concepts we design, we have a distinct advantage to our clients. Whether we are confined or unlimited in space, the kitchen reflects our clients’ taste and personality.
